Oh, Speedplay Frogs! They're made for mountain bikes, but I use them for my road bike. I couldn't use SPDs--I just couldn't clip out of them! Frogs are simple, you just twist your foot a little, 15 to 30 degrees. There's different types of Frogs where you can set the exact degree that's the most comfortable for you--and the cleat is recessed so you can walk around in your bike shoes.
