 Why are automobiles in the United States so affordable (when compared to prices in Southeast Asia)? For example, if you take a BMW 3 Series, it will cost twice or thrice as much in Southeast Asian countries. The cost of a BMW in the US is the same as a Honda Accord or Toyota Camry in Asia! i think they have to be shipped there. a lot of BMW's are german engineered but made in america, so it costs less to have it shipped on the ground rather than overseas like in Asia. |
